Yin Yoga
A slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. For beginners, asanas may be held from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. We will be doing mostly 45 sec to 2 minutes (no worries!). This is a restorative practice that offers a deeper stretch for our bodies.

Yin Yoga Massage
A dynamic class to build awareness of your self healing capabilities. Yin Yoga Massage teaches self-care practices that focus on improving range of motion, eliminating pain, and downregulating the nervous system. We use the healing tools of therapy balls for myofascial release and yin yoga postures to promote deep relaxation for the body and mind.
Meditation & QiGong
Our Meditation & Qigong classes will focus on breath-work, gentle moving, and finding a deeper sense of presence and stillness. Classes will offer a variety of Guided Meditations, Sound Therapies (Tibetan Bowls) and Yoga Nidra's to help you relax, restore and realign. Qigong is an Ancient Chinese Art, healing the mind, body and spirit through cultivating our inner Qi life force. Through deep rhythmic breathing and aligning our intentions with gentle movement, we can experience a new sense of calm and inner peace. This class will be different every week. All levels are welcome.
